The air you breathe

Did you realise there is a filter in the cabin of your vehicle that filters the air you breathe?

Many of these filters go untouched for years. They are designed to remove dust, pollen and smells from your car. When you fail to clean and replace your cabin filter at regular intervals this means you are breathing dirty contaminated air.

Also other debris is accumulating on the filters, such as tree debris (leaves and seeds), animal droppings (particularly, rat droppings). With the addition of moisture, it creates a breeding ground for mould - which you breathe in, when driving your car.

If something doesn't smell right in your car, ask your mechanic to check your cabin air filter. Call us now or book a service online!
